Our go-to cleaner — diluted Simple Green: mix 1 oz Simple Green to 31 oz water in a 32 oz spray bottle. This one mix works for the cover, cabinet, steps, and acrylic surface.
Every couple of months — 303 Aerospace Protectant: great on the cabinet and cover specifically, keeps them conditioned and protected.
Tools: microfiber towels and Magic Erasers (plain ones — no added detergent) work well for all of the above.
A few things to avoid, straight from both manufacturers: no acetone, nail polish remover, dry-cleaning solution, lacquer thinner, gasoline, or similar solvents on the acrylic — they can damage the surface. No abrasive cleaners on the cabinet or cover — they can damage the protective coating and void warranty coverage on those components. Skip razor blades or anything sharp near the acrylic.
Keep the cover on whenever the spa's not in use — it's your best protection for the surface underneath, and it retains heat.
